From Engineering to Production
Magister Hydraulics provides full-scale manufacturing for standard and custom hydraulic cylinders and components. Our capabilities include hydraulic cylinders, power units, control valves, gear pumps and motors, hand pumps, quick couplers, hose assemblies, chrome-plated rods, and custom-machined components engineered to meet specific dimensions, mounting configurations, materials, operating pressures, and other requirements.
Our European facilities combine engineering expertise, modern production equipment, and controlled processes. From metal processing, turning, milling, and welding to assembly, painting, testing, and quality control, we maintain close control over production. Hydraulic cylinders are pressure-tested before release, and manufacturing operates under ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
For OEM customers, we offer flexible production quantities, custom engineering, private-label options, competitive pricing, and support from initial concept through final delivery. Our hydraulic cylinders are backed by a 2-year factory warranty, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
