Returns and Refunds Policy

PRODUCT RETURNS.


MAGISTER HYRAULICS 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. You can return your purchase for any reason for exchange or refund up to thirty (30) days from the date of invoice unless otherwise noted. Proof of purchase from Magister Hydraulics is required for all returns. Magister’s 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to “Sourced Products” and products sold on a “Final Sale” basis. Please note that all returns will incur a standard restocking charge of 15%.


RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS. Returns after 30 days cannot be accepted
FINAL SALE ITEMS. Items sold on a “Final Sale” basis include: (i) Custom items; (ii) purchases made under the Custom Product Center on magisterhyd.com; (iii) special-order items; (iv) emergency response items; (v) items marked in Sourced Product quotations or invoices as “Non-Cancellable” or “Non-Returnable” and (vi) any other items that Magister Hydraulics may designate as a “Final Sale” from time to time.



RETURNS PROCESS.

If you need to return an item, contact us directly at Customer Care at (973) 344-5313 to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Once you have received an RMA for your return, please ship the merchandise and a copy of the invoice or packing slip freight prepaid to:

When returning a product, please do the following:
Carefully package the item(s) and include the packing slip with reason for return written on the packing slip. If the packing slip is not available, please provide the purchase date, the original invoice number and the item number for the product.


Indicate whether you would like a replacement product or a credit.
Please prepay shipping – Magister Hydraulics does not accept Cash on Delivery (C.O.D).

Magister Hydraulics is not responsible for damages on returned items. Customers are encouraged to insure return packages and ship returned items in the original packaging. Charges will be incurred by the customer if products must be restored to their original condition at our facility or if accessories or parts are not returned.

Customer shall assume all risk associated with the return of any product. Credit, if due, will be issued based upon the lesser of original invoice price or current selling price and in the original form of payment only. All returns of non-current or unsaleable products for which.Magister Hydraulics may refuse to issue credit for are subject to repair (parts and labor charges), if Magister Hydraulics chooses to repair them.
